ORDERING & SHIPPING

How ordering works?

Ordering any of our products is just like any buying experience on the Internet. Simply choose your options, enter your contact information, and indicate your preferred delivery timing. Please note that this timing is not guaranteed. Your Zero model will be custom built at our assembly center in Monterrey, México and be shipped directly to your home or business. The ordering process begins in our online store where you select your products and choose their options. The price and estimated delivery date will change depending on which options are selected. When done, click the Check out button to continue. Completing your order requires your contact information and the full payment. To ensure the best delivery experience, please validate your registration and delivery preferences in ¨My Account¨ after you place your order. This ensures our advance knowledge of the whole process to ship your products. Our delivery experience team will contact you once your order is confirmed to answer any questions you may have about your droneex.

U.S. SHIPPINGS

Shipping on U.S. Orders

You will receive your order from 3-5 business days (Applies only once official launch begins, not on pre-orders) in accessories, parts and Zero model the date that it is shipped out (1-2 for priority shipping), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm EST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 2pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping on International Orders

You will receive your order anywhere from 10-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out (3-5 for Express Shipping), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm EST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 2pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Customs, Taxes, Duties & Fees

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these charges in any way, we don’t receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

Australia, New Zealand, South America, Island Countries

If you choose free shipping and are from any of these countries, please don’t be surprised if your package takes longer than 20 days to arrive. USPS gives rough estimates for delivery times, but adding customs delays and other unexpected events can increase the shipping time. If you need the product for a certain occasion, we suggest you choose express shipping to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner.

RETURNS

Returns

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international. Please contact Customer Support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied, let us know! We work extremely hard to making the highest quality product that we hope everyone will love. Even though we believe we have, we are a new brand and are constantly improving our product based on customer feedback.
